Racial bias in healthcare isn’t just statistics—it’s a matter of life and death. To expose unconscious bias in real time, we conducted a live experiment: over 30 nurse hotline calls using identical symptoms, but alternating between Black and white voices and names. The result? Black callers were 77% more likely to be misdirected to Urgent Care instead of the ER. Launched on International Women’s Day, the powerful video sparked over 7 million views in 24 hours, drove a 630% increase in unconscious bias training, and turned heartbreaking truth into a movement for change.
